The Gentle exercise program to maintain strength, balance and flexibility has started again for the fall, winter and spring seasons – begins at 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at the Norland School Hall Community Centre, 3448 Monck Road 45, Norland, Ontario - $1.00 per session - Sponsored by the Norland Area Senior Citizens.


This year yoga in Norland returns to Wednesdays! 
We will continue to meet in the Norland School C.C. at 3448 Monck Road, at 6 - 7:30 p.m.
Classes begin on Wednesday, September 26th, and continue until December 5th. 
Fee for registered students is $130.00 for 11 weeks, with a drop-in option available for $20 per class. (New students are welcome to come and try a class for $10 before committing to a full session.)
